BLACK ENTERPRISE: How did you start your entrepreneurial journey?

I started my entrepreneurial career as the owner and operator of a dance and art school. My school served approximately 2,500 students who helped them build creative art and self-awareness. While I was managing 12 employees, monitoring my budget and income statements, and mastering a complete offline branding strategy, people noticed my uniqueness in my market.

My brand management agency helps our students and clients build their brand equity and use their gifts OFFLINE to get five and six digit contracts while maintaining an attractive online brand.

What made you want to become an entrepreneur?

I made the brave decision to become an entrepreneur because I wanted to regain my freedom. Entrepreneurship gives me the freedom to live the life I deserve. I can live with less stress and pressure because I control my time. That way, I can serve my clients in a way that works best for both of us and dedicate time to myself so that I can show up in abundance. When I got the impression that I didn't have to ask for permission to take some time off to get noticed on a job or to shine in my genius, I knew I would never go back.

What would you tell your 21 year old self?

I would tell my 21 year old self to focus on your personal growth. Because when you focus on you, you organically attract people, places and opportunities that are just for you. It can't show up for you if you don't show up for yourself. People wonder why what they get feels so "off". It's because you attract the same things when you show up bogus. Deficiency, hatred, low personalities, and even traumatic experiences. You cannot master anything until you have learned the skills to master yourself. I would tell her to throw away everything she was taught as a child and start relearning herself and mastering her gifts so that she can share them with the world in abundance.

What would you like to say to the woman who is not feeling well enough to make it in the market?

Define Influence.

Since strategic planning is my expertise, I would ask them to write down all of their accomplishments and then review them. During this review, I would have her list all the actions she has taken to achieve her goals. Their actions are their "righteousness". She will see how determined, persistent, talented, unique, and smart she is. Then I would advise her to use the same strengths to mentally block and attack her inner critic so that she can use this justice for her plans for her business. Having equity in your brand is the same as having value. It's not that she doesn't know her worth, she's just forgotten her worth, what sets her apart in her market and attracts big money.

I think influence is a great wall of smoke, aka motivator, but you won't be as successful behind the screen.

I say influencer = broke. Brand equity = power, control and high income

I feel like we're getting enough motivation. Entrepreneurs need strategic steps to increase their brand value in order to build a high income brand so they can control the perception their audience has of them in their market. You don't have to remind yourself that you are good enough because your audience will do it for you and your bank account will prove it.

What do you want people to know about you?

I want people to know that even though I've gathered seven numbers in my company, I know what it's like to face challenges and give up. I've had these tireless moments, but because I believe in myself and my customers, I will do everything I can to meet and exceed business and personal goals. I also want people to know that I don't gamble when it comes to helping entrepreneurs build brand strategy and value through my silent money programs. I am assuming to find out your talents and then work backwards. I can't tell you what to do. I will work with you and your ideas to create a brand that people will refer to, especially using my proven nine-step offline business building approach.

Why do you say "the customer is not online"?

My clients are people who don't want to spend a lot of money on Facebook ads, want to waste precious time getting people involved in Facebook groups or hire teams to do it for them, and the excruciating process of developing online giveaways and Go through "Freebie". Funnel. It's not for everyone! Every customer is not online when they want to enter into high income contracts or partnerships. Based on my experience, high dollar customers are offline in meetings, on a prestigious board of directors, or in an elite club. If you strategically plan your marketing by taking it offline, you will secure yourself bigger deals and build a relationship-based business as opposed to the endless and often wasteful marketing that entrepreneurs do online for being told they are should "market online".

You do have to have an online brand, yes, but you don't have to be an online marketer with the right plan. The checks are also bigger offline. My clients get a contract that puts them in front of 100 people as opposed to the agonizing process of selling a product to 100 people. A brand strategy approach just makes more sense. It's about working less and earning more.
