Rick Grossmann has been in the franchise industry since 1994. He franchised his first company and expanded it to 49 locations in 19 states in the mid to late 1990s. He was the chief executive officer and head trainer who focused on franchisee relationships and developed tools and technology to increase franchisee success.
Rob Gandley is currently the leading martech consultant and chief digital officer of Franchise Bible Coach. Before joining Franchise Bible Coach, Gandley was a partner and VP of Sales at SeoSamba, a SaaS provider and digital marketing agency. During his time as VP of Sales, he oversaw the company’s expansion into the franchise industry, which has doubled the company’s sales in 4 years. While at SeoSamba, Gandley launched two franchise marketing radio programs in 2019 that introduce the best entrepreneurs in the franchise industry to a growing audience of business people.
