h / t Breitbart; The World Economic Forum released a hastily withdrawn video celebrating the peace and quiet of cities whose factories and people have been silenced by tough Covid lockdowns. The WEF organizes the famous annual Davos event, where the world’s elite meet every year to discuss common interests.
I’ve included a copy of the video below in case the original tweet is censored by Twitter.
Unfortunately, your browser does not support the video tag.
The WEF, whose main body is promoting Klaus Schwab’s idea of a so-called “Great Reset” of the global economic order, was largely ridiculed for this post, among others by the former MEP of the Brexit party, who became the political commentator Martin Daubney, who to the The first one was to tag the video before it was taken down. Daubney later republished the video and exposed the WEF to criticism.
Speaking to Breitbart London, Mr Daubney said, “I’m glad you tweeted this – because it exposed them for the touchless crackpots that they are. The WEF sees humanity as a disease that needs to be controlled and imprisoned in order to achieve arbitrary climate change goals.
“There is only one problem, the public is not going to play along with their big reset nonsense. All the things the WEF wants to stop: work, travel, capitalism, are the things the vast majority of humanity lives for. The WEF has revealed itself to be ridiculously non-contact with the everyday man and woman. Protected in their ivory towers, they treat the rest of us with absolute seething contempt. “

A former school friend once said what he didn’t like about capitalism was that it was so unstructured. He told me the parable of the garden and compared the disordered, weed-infested capitalist garden with the environmentally friendly socialist garden, with everything in its place, neatly ordered rows of vegetables in which weeds are uprooted and disposed of.
My answer was, “Yes, but in your example, ordinary people are the weeds. They suggest that anyone who does not fit your structured view of society perfectly be uprooted and disposed of because the crime does not fit perfectly. “
Did I mention we’re no longer friends? My former friend could not accept my rejection of climate protection measures.
People like the Great Reset architect Klaus Schwab scare me; people who seem to think of orderliness, order and strong government are more important than happiness and freedom.
The founder of the World Economic Forum and Great Reset architect Klaus Schwab was born in Germany in 1938.
