PHILADELPHIA – Even with a skeleton crew around him, Philadelphia Eagles rookie quarterback Jalen Hurts still finds a way to become a playmaker.

In the second quarter of Sunday's regular season finale against Washington Football Team, there were two touchdowns for two consecutive possessions.

In this way, Hurts became the first Eagles quarterback with two rushed TDs in one game since 2010, when Michael Vick did the feat against the same Washington team on Monday night. Hurts happened to be wearing a Vick jersey to the game on Sunday night.

The first touchdown for Hurts came with a 6-yard scramble on the right sideline with 10:24 in the first half. A little more than six minutes later he started in the middle when the pocket collapsed and found the end zone again.

Hurts now has three lavish TDs this season with six touchdowns.

The Eagles only played three of their original offensive starters on Sunday. Wide receiver Alshon Jeffery and quarterback Carson Wentz were both healthy scratches, and Miles Sanders, wide receiver DeSean Jackson and tight end Dallas Goedert were both sidelined due to injury.
