Sitting and talking with Ashley was a breath of fresh air. It is the definition of grace issued.

Why was it important for you to make a place at the table in an already saturated market?

Creating my place at the table was so important to me as a millennial because I wanted to create a legacy for my future family and the generations behind me. Generational wealth is the key. Nobody will give us anything in life. We have to take it by force and build our own table.

Why do you like to invite others to sit down at your table?

A true and successful leader is one who reaches back and pulls forward. For us as managers, it is important to invite like-minded people to our tables. If you don't help others find better ways, then don't do anything. I am grateful for the opportunities I was able to offer others without looking for anything in return. My attitude is, “How can I serve others? How can I help this person get to the next level with no hidden plans? "

What do you say to those who say you are doing "too much"?

My answer is, "I can do more." We need to ignore the distractions and stay focused. We can all WIN! And how can you be told what is too much for you? Success looks different for every person.

What mantra do you live by?

There is room for all of us at the table.
