Djokovic, the current number 1 in the world, wins a hard-fought victory in four sets against Italian Matteo Berrettini, while world number 3, Nadal, also defeats Argentine Diego Schwartzman in four sets.

The rivalry between Djokovic and Nadal is the most productive in men’s tennis history during the Open Era. Djokovic has a slight advantage over his left-handed counterpart with 29:28. Nadal, the “king of the sand”, has won more French Open than any men’s tennis player (13) and holds the lead with 7: 1 at Roland Garros. If Nadal progresses, he has a chance at the Grand Slam record of all time. He is currently on a par with Roger Federer at 20 titles.

When is the final of the French Open?
The winner of Djokovic vs. Nadal will face either Alexander Zverev or Stefanos Tsitsipas in the final of the French Open. This finale is scheduled for Sunday at 9 a.m. and will also be televised on NBC.
Djokovic last won the French Open in 2016, his only win at Roland Garros, while Nadal has won the French Open in each of the last five years. He has 13 wins in Paris, most of them in a Grand Slam tournament in men’s tennis history.
